Warranty Policy
GENERAL WARRANTY
All equipment made by VSG Fitness Inc. is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of manufacturing, subject to the conditions below.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS
ELIGIBILITY
- This warranty applies to a new VSG fitness equipment, purchased from VSG Fitness authorized distributor.
- Serial number sticker is mandatory for any warranty claim.
VALIDITY
- The warranty will be deemed void if the serial number sticker or the manufacturing date label on the surface of the equipment have been removed.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, incorrect use, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
- VSG fitness equipment is designed for long life, but signs of age and wear will appear over time. Normal wear and tear will always be taken into consideration when assessing your warranty request.
- Serial number sticker: The serial number sticker is mandatory for any warranty claim.
- If a VSG fitness equipment fails due to a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, we will provide replacement free of charge. Should a repair not be feasible, we may replace it at our discretion. If the exact product is no longer available, a product of similar value and style will be provided.
- We will endeavor to send the required part(s) to you within 1-2 weeks of receiving your claim(s). Should the lead time exceed the allotted time frame, you will be contacted by our customer service team.
SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning defect products to VSG Fitness for warranty check. You are responsible for any damage to or loss of your product until we sign for its delivery; it is recommended that you insure your parcel. Please ensure that the product is returned in a box and that your choice of carrier can provide you with tracking information and a proof of delivery.
- VSG Fitness will cover the return shipping costs.
