Strategic Support Program
The Strategic Support Program offers paid orientation and hands-on training that enables associates to support projects in various departments across the organization.
Sales Training Program
VSG hires recent college graduates and provides them with on-the-job sales training. Participants receive specialized product and systems training, which provides access to dynamic career-development opportunities.
Rising Leaders Program
Throughout the entire program, you will be placed in the line of business of your choice where you will rotate through various key areas. You will work on important projects to gain experience and leadership skills.
